Come out and watch as dozens of artists from across the United States paints New Hope PA and the surrounding area. Participating in this years paint out will be: Lauren Andreach, Frank Baggett, Robert J. Barber, Jacalyn Beam, Claudia Brookes, Jeanne Kirby Bruneau, John Caggiano, Tony Conner, Frank M. Costantino, Sandra Corpora, Carolyn Edlund, Raymond Ewing, Catherine Hillis, Hai-Ou Hou, Anne Kullaf, Kirk Larsen, Suzanne G. Morris, Jane Ramsey, Pratima Rao, Kerry Sacco, Robert Simone, Yelena Snovsky, Jason Tako, Helena Van Emmerick-Finn, and Marilyn Witt.
Beginning Tuesday August 6th through Sunday August 11th they will be seen creating art in the open air. There will be a preview night for collectors to pre-purchase wet paintings prior to being offered to the general public.
Also on Saturday August 10th from 1:00pm till 2:30pm you are welcome to come watch during the Quick Draw Contest while the participating artists will be timed and have two and a half hours to create a painting. Awards and sale of those paintings will follow immediately after time is called and painting stops.
On Sunday August 11th from Noon till 4:00pm at the Bucks County Gallery, the main event - the show and sale of all paintings created during the 6 day event. Be the first at the gallery to select your favorite work of art.
The sale will continue until August 30th.
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED - Adopt an Artist
We are seeking 20 volunteers from the community that can help house artists arriving from out of town. You can "Adopt an Artist" for a few nights so the have a bed to sleep in after a hard day of painting. MEALS ARE NOT REQUIRED.
Additional volunteers will be needed to assist with staffing information booths, selling tickets to events, social networking, press releases, setting up events, refreshments, hanging art for the receptions, and sales of artwork at the gallery and at the artists easel.

Group Show Featuring Four Award Winning Gals Bucks County Gallery of Fine Art 10/12/2013-10/31/2013 Reception: 10/12/2013 (4:00pm - 8:00pm)
Four of our East Coast artists will be exhibiting their most recent oil paintings. Christine Graefe Drewyer, Maryanne Montone Tursi, Nancy Peach, and Barbara Nuss have been painting all year to create beautiful landscape, architectural, and garden scenes that you'd love to own.
Drewyer, Peach, and Nuss are all from the D.C. area and Tursi resides in N.J. You'll want to bring a friend or two to take in all of the beautiful work that will be exhibited through the end of October. Refreshments

The Bucks County Gallery 6 x 6 Exhibit and Sale will feature framed paintings by award winning artists from the United States and Canada. The artwork will be done in the traditional style. You'll find oil paintings, acrylics, watercolor, and pastels attractively framed and reasonably priced.
All work is original and has been painted during the past year. Landscapes, still life, portraits, figurative, animal, and more subjects will adorn the walls of our 3400 square foot gallery. Everything is available for sale, nothing is held back. Each artist will have the opportunity to show as many as six paintings.
Any of the work can be purchased online from our secure web site through Paypal, or you can send a check for your purchase. You can also shop in our brick and mortar gallery. Howard Cooperman, owner of the Bucks County Gallery has been in the business of selling art since 1980. We grow our business one client at a time and have earned the trust of new collectors as well as seasoned collectors over the decades.
