Siesta has been awarded 2nd Place in the Portait Society of America's Member's Only Competition 2012, in the "Outside the Box" Category.

Selected as a Finalist in the 28th Annual Art Competition for The Artist's Magazine in the Portrait/Figure category and is featured in their 2012 Fine Art Calenadar for the month of June. Chosen by guest judge, internationally recognized portrait and figure painter Robert Liberace.

Also selected in August as a Finalist in the RayMar Art 5th Annual Fine Art Competition
