Sandy Cove Weir, Low Tide by Poppy Balser

Details:

At very low tide, a flat expanse of soft smooth sand is exposed.  This is only uncovered for a couple hours each day.  When the tide is out, more of the weir netting is exposed, as well.  This is when the weir looks most interesting.
